The STHARC (Southern Tablelands Historic Automobile Restorers Club) Monthly General Meetings provide members with an opportunity to discuss club operations, upcoming events, club financial matters, membership updates and activities relating to historic vehicles.

The meetings generally cover the following topics:

1. Welcome and Apologies – Opening the meeting, recording attendance and acknowledging apologies from members.

2. Previous Meeting Minutes – Reviewing and confirming the minutes of the previous general meeting, including outstanding actions.

3. President's Report – Updates on club activities, achievements, important announcements and future direction.

4. Secretary's Report – Incoming and outgoing correspondence, administrative matters and communications.
