If you haven't been to a country show, the Braidwood Show is an excellent choice to make as your
first visit. It has all the 'traditional' elements, such as displays of rural produce and handcrafts, sideshows for the kids (this year there
was a Climbing Wall (and, best of all it was free),
horse riding events aplenty, and displays from various organisations. Our club is always there too, so it's a good chance to
meet some of our members and to see some of the club vehicles. We also usually provide transport for the Miss Showgirl and Miss Junionr
Showgirl in a Grand Parade around the oval. There are shearing contests, the stationary engine club puts on a display, and we usually
have the 'Snake Man' near us - you'll see him in these photos... look closely around his feet!
